Specialises in assisting companies in the strategy, acquisition, application and management of business approaches, operating systems and technology in a wide range of product and service based industries. Bob has extensive experience in executive management of product development and production on a national and international basis. From his initial activities as a materials engineer he specialised in the behaviour of materials and components in the power generation and aerospace areas.

Closely associated with the development and manufacture of leading edge aero-engines, Bob was instrumental in mentoring SME companies with innovative ideas to develop technologies and products for applications in the aerospace industry. These alliances were the genesis of networks that are currently being promoted as the preferred route to assist companies in maintaining or establishing a competitive advantage. This experience was both domestic and international with major involvement with executives of multinational aerospace and material supply companies.

Bob has a level of experience and expertise gained at the international level in his fields of expertise that few others could claim.
